HubSpot CRM Connector is Looker Studio connector that helps to connect Looker Studio with HubSpot CRM and use it as  a data source  in Looker Studio.

HubSpot is an American developer and marketer of software products for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service.

How does it work?

Step 1: Choose "HubSpot" connector by Jivrus Technologies from Google Looker Studio Partner Gallery

Step 2: Click on 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your google account.

Step 3: Once you click Authorize button, you can provide access with your Google account

Click on 'Allow' button for Access  google Account.



Step 4: Once you are authorized to google account then you need to authorize for third-party service. In this case HubSpot CRM.

Step 5: Click on 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your HubSpot CRM account.


Step 6: Once you click on authorize, you need to login with your HubSpot Account.

Click on Login button.

Step 7: Once you Login your HubSpot Account.

Click on  Domain to provide authorization.


Step 8: Choose the Object you want to use.

Step 9: Click on 'Connect' button.

Step 10: The available fields from the Contacts Object is listed .

Step11: Use this as a data source and continue normally with designing your report in Looker Studio.

Step 12: Click on 'Create Report' button.

Step 13: You can customize the dashboard as you want.

How to resolve the following error?

Error: "Couldn't complete the connection. You don’t have permission to connect this integration."

The HubSpot user attempting to connect the integration does not have the user roles or permissions required to authorize the required scopes requested by the integration.

To resolve this error, the user connecting the integration must have App Marketplace permissions, which ensures they can connect and install apps from the HubSpot App Marketplace for your HubSpot account. 

What is the maximum limit of records you can get in HubSpot Connector?

Since the HubSpot API returns a maximum of 10000 records. We are limiting 10000 records in the connector.

What is the Rate Limiting Error in HubSpot Connector?

As per HubSpot API documentation we can make 100 API calls per 10 seconds. And 25000 API calls per day. If you exceed this limit, it will give rate limiting error. It will work fine in the next day, once the rate limit resets.
