Features include a one-click phone, sales lead tracking, sales management, event tracking, and more.

How does it work?

Step 1: Choose the "Freshsales Suite" connector from Google Looker Studio Partner Gallery

Step 2: Click on the 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your google account.

Step 3: Once you click Authorize button, you can provide access to your Google account

Click on the 'Allow' button to Access your Google Account.

Step 4: Click on the 'Allow' button for authorization.

Step 5: Enter the path and key of your Freshsales domain and click Submit button.

To get the Path and API Key:

Go to your profile picture and select Settings.

Then select API settings

You can find API Key and Bundle Alias.
Use Bundle Alias as Path and API Key as Key in the authentication.

Step 6: After successfully authorizing, you will get an object dropdown. Choose the object

Step 7: Click on the 'Connect' button.

Step 8: The available fields from the Object are listed.

Step 9: Use this as a data source and continue normally with designing your report in Looker Studio.

Step 10: Click on the 'Create Report' button.

Step 11: You can customize the dashboard as you want.
