Zendesk Connector is a Data Studio connector that helps to connect Data Studio with Zendesk and use it as a data source in Data Studio.
Zendesk Connector turns your data into informative dashboards and reports that are easy to read, easy to share, and fully customizable.
Zendesk is zendesk's support ticketing system, designed to help you track, prioritize, and solve customer support interactions .
Step 1: Choose "Zendesk " connector from Data Studio Partner Gallery
Step 2: Click on 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your google account.
Step 3: Once you are authorized to google account then you need to authorize for third-party service. In this case Zendesk .
Step 4: Enter your Zendesk path, username(Email) and password and click the Submit button.
Go to your Zendesk dashboard, on the top bar you will get the path
Use the Zendesk(app's) Username(Email) and Password while authorizing.
To get the password, check the instructions mentioned below.
Go to your Zendesk dashboard, Click the Zendesk Products icon in the top bar, then select Admin Center.
In Zendesk admin center, left side of the bar select Apps and integrations and select Zendesk API
And enable the token access.
Add API token and use it as password while authentication.
Step 5:After successfully authorizing, you will get object dropdown. Choose the object
Step 6: Click on 'Connect' button.
Step 7: The available fields from the Object is listed .
Step 8: Use this as a data source and continue normally with designing your report in Data Studio.
Step 9: Click on 'Create Report' button.
Step 10: You can customize the dashboard as you want.
