What is Zohodesk Connector?

Zohodesk Connector is a Looker Studio connector that helps to connect Looker Studio with Zohodesk and use it as a data source in Looker Studio.

Zohodesk  Connector turns your data into informative dashboards and reports that are easy to read, easy to share, and fully customizable.

What is Zohodesk ?

Zoho Desk is a cloud-based help desk solution from Zoho Corporation, catering to businesses of all sizes. Key features include the management of customer support tickets, a customer support portal, contract management and report creation.

How does it work?

Step 1: Choose "Zohodesk " connector from Looker Studio Partner Gallery

Step 2: Click on 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your google account.

Step 3: Once you click Authorize button, you can provide access with your Google account 

Step 4: Click on 'Allow' button for authorization.

Click on 'Allow' button for Access  google Account.

Step 5: Click On Accept Button to Give access to your Zohodesk Account 

Step 6: Choose the Object and Organisation you want to use.

Step 9: Click on the 'Connect' button.

Step 9: The available fields from the Object is listed .

Step 10: Use this as a data source and continue normally with designing your report in Looker Studio.

Step 11: Click on 'Create Report' button.

Step 12: You can customize the dashboard as you want.
