What is Everhour Connector?
Everhour Connector is a Looker Studio connector that helps to connect Looker Studio with Everhour Track and use it as a data source in Looker Studio.
Everhour Connector turns your data into informative dashboards and reports that are easy to read, easy to share, and fully customizable.
What is Everhour?
Everhour is a great time tracker for teams and small to midsize businesses due to its outstanding time and task management features that can solve most of the issues teams face.
Track the time spent on projects using a timer or manual entry, clock in or clock out, and set time estimates for tasks. Save time and streamline your work processes by automating them: tracking work hours, vacations, days off, sick leaves, setting budgets, creating reports and invoices, and managing the project progress.
How does it work?
Step 1: Choose the “Everhour” connector by Jivrus Technologies from Looker Studio Partner Gallery.
Step 2: Click on the 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your Google account.
Step 4: Once you are authorized to google account, then you need to authorize third-party service. In this case, Everhour.
Provide Everhour KEY and Click on Submit.
Getting Everhour API Key:
Login to your Everhour account and click on your Profile on the left sidebar at the bottom of the page and select the My Profile.
On My Profile page, scroll down, and you will see the API Token
Copy your Key to the API Key field.
Step 5: once you click on the authorize button, you need to provide access to your Everhour account by entering your key value.
Step 6: Click on the Submit button.
Step 7: Choose the Object you want to use.
Step 9: Click on the 'Connect' button present in the top-right corner to continue.
Step 10: The available fields from the Projects Object are listed.
Step11: Use this as a data source and continue normally with designing your report in Looker Studio.
Step 12: Click on the 'Create Report' button.
Step 13: You can customize the dashboard as you want.
