What is Google Tasks connector ?
Google Task connector is a Looker Studio connector(Data Studio connector) that helps to connect Data with Google Task and use it as a data source in Looker Studio.
A Tasklist has many Tasks. The tasks can be retrieved and can be displayed in this data studio report.
What is Google Tasks?
Google Tasks is a simple to-do list—but with lists, subtasks, and mobile notifications, it has the basics you need to stay productive and keep track of the most important things you need to do.
How does it work?
Step 1: Choose "Google Tasks" connector by Jivrus Technologies from Google Looker Studio Partner Gallery
Step 2: Click on 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your google account.
Step 3: Once you click Authorize button, you can provide access with your Google account
Click on 'Allow' button for Access google Account.
Step 4: Once you are authorized to google account then you need to authorize for third-party service. In this case WaveApps.
Step 5: Click on 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your Google Tasks account.
Step 6: Once you click on authorize, you need to login with your Google Tasks Account.
Enter Your Email/User ID and Password
Click on the Login button.
Step 7: Choose object as "Tasks"
Step 8: Choose the Google Task Object Type you want to use.
Task Lists
Step 9: Select the Google Task Objects you want to use.
Click on 'Connect' button.
Step 10: Select the Google Tasks Date Range you want to use.
Step 11: Click on 'Connect' button.
Step 12: The available fields from the Objects Object Type is listed .
Step 13: Use this as a data source and continue normally with designing your report in Looker Studio.
Step 14: Click on 'Create Report' button.
Step 15: You can customize the dashboard as you want.
