What is Freshdesk Connector?
Freshdesk Connector is a Looker Studio connector that helps to connect Looker Studio with Freshdesk and use it as a data source in Looker Studio.
Freshdesk Connector turns your data into informative dashboards and reports that are easy to read, easy to share, and fully customizable.

How does it work?
Step 1: Choose "Freshdesk " connector from Google Looker Studio Partner Gallery
Step 2: Click on 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your google account.
Step 3: Once you click Authorize button, you can provide access with your Google account
Click on 'Allow' button for Access google Account.
Step 4: Click on 'Accept' button for authorization.
Step 5: Enter the path and key of your Freshdesk domain and click Submit button.
To get the Api Key:
Go to your Freshdesk profile settings.
You can find your API key in profile settings.
To get Freshdesk path:
Go to the Freshworks Switcher option in the left bottom in sidebar and you will get your Freshdesk path.
Here jivrus.freshdesk.com is the path.
Step 6: After successfully authorizing, you will get object dropdown. Choose the object.
Step 7: Click on the 'Next' button.
Step 8: Click on the 'Connect' button.
Step 9: The available fields from the Object is listed.
Step 10: Use this as a data source and continue normally with designing your report in Looker Studio.
Step 11: Click on the 'Create Report' button.
Step 12: You can customize the dashboard as you want.
