There are two plans

Basic

      • It is a FREE plan

      • Provides a limited quota of 200 transactions to try the connector

      • Helps users to familiarize themselves with the connector.

Pro

      • It is a paid plan - with monthly or yearly

      • Provides unlimited connections (e.g. any number of Insightly connections)

      • Provides unlimited transactions

What is a transaction?

      • A transaction is counted for each query in a report

      • If the report uses 5 entities/ objects, when there is a refresh, it is counted as 5 transactions

      • The counted transactions are used for quota restrictions on the free plan

FAQ's

Can I upgrade from one plan to another?

Yes, you can upgrade a plan from a current plan to another. A differential amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and charged at the time of upgrade.

Is there any cancellation fee?

No, there is no cancellation fee.

Can I get a subscription for my team or a group?

Yes, you can get a subscription for your team/ group. You can subscribe to the domain/ group plan of our products.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, your subscription renews automatically until canceled.

Can I get an Invoice for my payment?

Can I change the billing address an tax information of an invoice?

Yes, you can change the billing address for any upcoming invoices. However, the billing address and tax information of previous invoices cannot be changed.
